Dimke Excavating Inc. contracted to provide earthwork services for the construction of a new waste transfer station. This includes excavation and backfill for a new poured in place concrete building and weigh station. Due to the soil conditions, excavations needed to be over-sized in order to provide safe access to the trades and contractors responsible for concrete form work and pouring.
Additional site work has been performed to manage excavated materials onsite.
Finally, site constraints have required that stockpiled materials are expertly managed in order to prevent disruption of other site work and the current operational waste transfer station on the site.
