BUILDING EXCAVATION - Backfill and compaction following contractor installation of waterproofing materials. Proper sloping and earthwork maintenance to provide safe access for equipment in adjoining trench for excavation and backfill while working in a confined site.

BUILDING EXCAVATION - Precise excavation around numerous buried active utilities to allow for the safe execution of waterproofing operations. Day lighting of utilities prior to more extensive excavation. Monitoring of elevated utilities throughout the excavation process to insure adequate support and integrity.

BUILDING EXCAVATION - Precision excavation around numerous live and active utilities prior to waterproofing work. Monitoring or exposed utilities throughout the excavation process to insure safe access and structural integrity.

SITEWORK - Safe operation of equipment within confined jobsite. Site adjoins occupied residential and commercial spaces require precision removal and stockpiling of materials.
Dimke Excavating Inc. contracted to perform complex building foundation excavation to allow safe and controlled access for foundation water proofing. The site presented both confined operational areas due to existing parking and occupied structures along with numerous utilities to be safely maintained during the excavation and backfilling operations.
Stockpiling was also very limited due to site constraints requiring expert placement as to not affect the residents and businesses adjoining the site.
